Moses Gunesch does New York

I'm a roving soul with a real passion for ideas. As an Interactive developer with an ActionScript specialty, I've helped various agencies dream up unique website concepts and make them a reality. I'm currently working with an exciting startup called Animoto in New York.

The Fuse Kit: scripted animation made easy in AS2

A powerful Flash animation toolset for AS2, Fuse is used in over 60 countries by designers at Amazon, NBC/Universal, Organic, Razorfish, Frog Design, R/GA, Firstborn, Chopping Block, Schematic, Euro, Nike, Motorola & many other interactive agencies. Zaaz used Fuse for Converse, a site showcased by Oprah & Bono for Project RED that won for Technical Merit at FITC. Organic used Fuse on Mitsubishi Cars. More Featured Fusers at the Fuse Website.

Recent work:

Currently working fulltime for Animoto.com in NYC and loving it!

Hanging out with the fun folks at Poke NY on projects like Teroforma. (High-level general consulting, not design or programming.)

New York's TENDER Creative teamed me up with the artists of Labour to bring a microsite to life using real stop-motion animation within an interactive context. Due to contractual stipulations I cannot list a direct link; it involved a tie-in between French artist Fafi and a prominent cosmetics firm. (Geek trivia: the Shopping Bag in this site spawned InteractivePNG.)

For IAMHIPHOP, a Flex-based social networking site, I contributed architecture, planning, and programming services for Siite Interactive on the early round. My portion is better reflected in these design comps than the live site.

Zaaz: Concept and programming for this Seattle agency's front site. Experimental and A.I.-flavored.

Scifi (NBC/Universal): The Lost Room
Creative leadership role in creating the Lost Room's immersive navigational experience. Flash programming by myself and Scifi's Donovan Adams.

Scifi (NBC/Universal) Press Kits
View by special request. I built a modular system that makes cloning & skinning Press-Kit sites for any show a breeze. Each kit provides episode synopses, cast & crew bios, high-res images, videos, and interview transcripts for writers at TV-Guide and other media outlets. Scifi is able to maintain a glossy, highly branded look & feel on every version while saving time & cost.

Wawirka 2005 I fully designed, created the navigational concepts and built this Flash website.

Johnson Fain Architects front site
Motion design, programming.w/deepPlay.

- Palmer Snowboards front site w/ Nemo Design
- Microsoft - microsite w/ Zaaz.
- Adidas - interactive Brand Book w/ Overland Agency
- Nike Women concept - w/ deepPlay
- Intel - Digital Home internal site w/ ID Branding
